The 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝘀 was established in 1977 by three female cousins. They were Mercy Pagtakhan, Letty dela Cruz, and Nene Santos. Its first known informal dining was located at 85 Gawaran Street, Barangay Digman, Bacoor, Cavite. Initially, they served assorted homemade cakes, siopao, balot, penoy, and, of course, Brgy. Its famous homemade shaved ice dessert with 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗽™ has a variati

on of fruits, beans, and jellies in it, topped with milk, creamy leche flan, and a slightly nutty ube halaya that keeps people coming back over the years. Fast forward: The Three Cousins' recipe has been passed down to their next generation and is now formally named 3 Cousins Restaurant, carrying its brand name 𝟯 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗼-𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗼™, under the full management of their grandson, Kaiser Roleen Rafael Mendoza, together with his partner, Melly Rose. Nowadays, 3 Cousins Digman Halo-Halo™ is operating and serving its signature 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗽, 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽™ shaved ice dessert online (for now), right from the comfort of their home in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

We extend our deepest gratitude to DTI Philippines, DTI Cavite, and Lungsod ng Makati for giving legacy brands like ours the opportunity to share the 1970s authentic taste of 𝗗𝗜𝗚𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗢-𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗢®️ with more Filipinos through the Tindahang Bayan in Salcedo Village and Legazpi Village last May 20-21, 2026.

Their passion, dedication, and signature blend of flavors laid the foundation of what we continue to serve today.

Now, this legacy lives on through the 3rd generation, led by their grandson, Kaiser Roleen Rafael Mendoza, together with his partner, Melly Rose Hodreal. They are carrying forward the tradition with the same commitment to authenticity, quality, and heart.
