CORE Resilience Consultancy Inc. (CRCI) participates in the 2026 International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction (IDDRR) with the theme “Resilience Starts at Home,” a call to make every household the first line of preparedness, so that families can anticipate, withstand, and recover from disasters.

On 15-17 Sept 2026, CRCI facilitated a Writeshop on the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management–Health (DRRM-H) Plan for Alfonso, Cavite spearheaded by the Alfonso Municipal Health Office (MHO) and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Alfonso. Representatives of different offices such as the Office of the Mayor, Municipal Planning and Development Office, Sangguniang Bayan, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office , Barangay Health Workers, Municipal Budget Office, and Department of the Interior and Local Government were also present during the writeshop.

A DRRM-H Plan is a strategic framework designed to enhance the municipality’s capacity to prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate the health impacts of natural, biological, technological, and societal disasters. This plan serves as a guiding document for all local health units, government agencies, community stakeholders, and partner organizations involved in health-related disaster risk management. It integrates risk assessment, resource management, emergency response protocols, capacity-building activities, and community engagement to protect the health and well-being of all residents, especially vulnerable populations.

On 12 Aug 2026, CRCI and Arkanghel Center for Healthcare, Resilience and Safety Inc conducted A Strategic Learning Session for MM Steel Corporation entitled "Strengthening Emergency Preparedness and Earthquake Readiness Orientation", the modules discussed are the Philippine Disaster Risk Profile, Disaster Preparedness, Earthquake Preparedness and Demonstration, and Workplace Emergency Response.

Saludo at Pagkilala sa Swift Water and Flood Rescue Team ng Municipality of Naic - Omdrrmo!

Ika-09 ng Augusto 2026, matagumpay na nagsagawa ng water rescue operation ang Naic MDRRMO at nailigtas ang dalawang indibidwal na-stranded sa gitna ng tulay dahil sa pagtaas ng tubig na dulot ng ulan na dala ng habagat.

Direktang naisagawa ng team ang kanilang mga natutunan sa kanilang Swift Water and Flood Rescue Training Kamakailan lamang. Mula sa Rope management, may guide line, taglines na may tao sa magkabilang sides, TL na nagbibigay ng verbal and hand signals, mga rescuers na may suot na PFD, ferrying a subject na naka pfd gamit ang salbabida na naka taglines para maibalik back and forth. Ito ang produkto ng mga responder na pursigidong matuto, may puso sa pagtulong, at opisina na malaki ang suporta.
