TO all dealers who signed up and have not processed yet their COC for our Malayan accident insurance, pls process it.

Attach ko po ang two valid ID's ko po.
Then submit your ticket. Save the reference ID. Followup to the CSR until magsabi yan sila na nasend na sa email mo ang kopya ng COC policy mo. Followup sa CSR, not kay upline ha hehehe.
**note: once you have your COC na, pls print it asap. Sign it and inform your beneficiary. It is not valid without signature. Its effectivity is kinabukasan ng 12nn after it is processed. One year coverage lang yan, it's your discretion if you will renew it after a year. Your beneficiary must be legally related to you, upto 4th consaguanity (parents, grandparents, pamangkin, anak, asawa, apo, tita, tito, pinsan, apo sa tuhod)
