Tomorrow morning, I’m doing something that makes me a little nervous—but in a good way.
I’ll be logging onto Zoom for a session with a key government agency—but this one feels different.
For the first time, I’m using my C.A.N.D.I.D. Conversations web app in a live workshop.
I’ve kept a low-key stance eversince I pivoted from my L&D career to AI.
I’m still, and will always be, a facilitator of learning. But as I discovered a new passion to build things with AI, I gathered the courage to create and launch an AI-powered tool despite doubts and second-guesses.
Because behind many hours of building and iterating, I’ve also been asking this question:
Can AI actually help us be more human?
In online meetings or sessions, it’s so easy for teams to stay in their own "bubbles." We hide behind muted mics, and real connection gets lost.
My goal tomorrow is to use AI to break that silence.
I’ve realized that this app isn't just a “piece of tech. “ It’s a bridge.
I’m going to use it to help leaders be more courageous and create psychological safety—which just means making sure everyone feels safe enough to speak up.
As a workshop facilitator and consultant, I want to create an environment where technology helps us us feel more connected, not less.
I know it’s not easy, but tomorrow is the first step in showing that’s possible.
Be Courageous. Then be Fearless.
I appreciate your support! I’ll let you know how Day 1 goes.
