We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and support a healthcare client based in New York (EST). This role is perfect for someone with experience in the medical field and outsourcing/BPO, who thrives in a fast-paced and patient-centered environment.

📍 Location: Davao, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Flexible office & remote

✅ Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

👨‍💻SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

📎Performing standard bookkeeping and monthly closing tasks: bank postings in QuickBooks and Xero, reconciliation of bank accounts, reconciliation of other balance sheet accounts, bills and invoices processing, accrual analysis and adjusting entries, prepaids and fixed asset amortization and reconciliation, review of financial statements for accuracy.
📎Prepare financial statement analysis for presentation to the clients.
📎Prepare P&L and cash forecasts for clients if needed
📎Develop and maintain financial KPIs for various clients.
📎Meet with clients to discuss process improvements or financial results.
📎Training of new and existing staff when transitioning client responsibilities
📎Identify process improvement opportunities and process gaps and implement remediation plans.
📎Create and update SOPs documentation for all clients and internal processes managed by the staff.
📎Support the implementation of financial software for clients and the firm.
📎Other projects and tasks might be assigned as needed.

🧑‍💻VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

📎Manage calendar and communication with clients, vendors and staff to coordinate meetings.
📎Conduct research in support of various projects for the company (e.g. automation tools, events, networking organizations, suppliers, potential clients, etc)
📎Complete nominations and speaking engagement applications for the CEO
📎Identify potential vendors and conduct initial fit assessment
📎Organize internal folders and files
📎Document procedures and communicate SOP updates to the staff as needed
📎Support the client onboarding process by completing tasks delegated to this role.
📎Create marketing content and graphics
📎Support client onboarding and client service processes
📎Monitor status of teams ongoing projects and escalate as needed
📎This is a new role and as such additional responsibilities are expected to change over time
