Buhangin Area
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
*Perks and Benefits:
-Php 13,000 – Php 20,000 Basic Salary

BPO Companies were quite tough during COVID- 19 outbreak and they are one of the Economic Front liners. These companies are still operating even though most businesses and companies are temporarily closed but most people think they are tough, but no they're not. Employees are still exposed to factors that might infect them with this virus. Many companies are still concerned for the security of their employees and not all can allow their people to work from home or provide options to let their employees to work while making sure they're fine and out of danger.
