Key Responsibilities:
-Provide face-to-face support to sellers needing hands-on assistance
-Engage and re-engage sellers to adopt programs and tools
-Raise complex seller concerns to the client for resolution
-Conduct onboarding call-outs and face-to-face pitching
-Perform cold calling to potential sellers and encourage them to sign up on the client
-Seller contact verification and data collection
-Facilitate the onboarding of sellers
-Onboard sellers with no active account
Qualifications:
-Preferably with experience in fieldwork, sales, or account management
-Willing to travel and conduct face-to-face seller visits
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable with cold calling and doing seller pitches
-Knowledge in e-commerce is a plus
-Must be proactive, reliable, and results-driven
