RTA Specialist
Qualifications (QA Specialist):
▪️Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role within a call center environment.
▪️Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess call quality and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing feedback and collaborating with team members.
▪️Knowledge: Familiarity with call center operations, metrics, and quality assurance best practices. Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
▪️Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in evaluating call performance and preparing reports.
▪️Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop practical solutions to improve call center performance.
Qualifications (RTA Specialist):
▪️Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on real-time adherence, scheduling, or workforce management. Experience in utilizing Ring Central is a plus.
▪️Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with agents and other team members.
▪️Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software, scheduling tools, and real-time monitoring systems.
▪️Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in monitoring and managing agent schedules.
▪️Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal adherence.
