To our valued customers,

We would like to announce that effective today, Saturday, March 14, we will be implementing a price increase. From ₱30, we will begin collecting ₱35 per gallon.

This adjustment is necessary due to the increasing cost of basic necessities, particularly fuel for transportation, which directly affects our operations.

As a water refilling station committed to providing safe, clean, and high-quality drinking water for every family in our community, it is our responsibility to maintain the highest standards in our operations. This includes regular water testing and analysis, bacteriological testing, timely replacement of sediment filters, proper sanitation procedures, and consistent maintenance of our filtration system. These measures ensure that the water you and your family consume remains safe and reliable.

Because of these necessary measures, we humbly ask for your understanding and continued support so we can keep our promise of delivering safe, clean, and quality drinking water for every family.

We truly wish to maintain our previous price. However, if we insist on keeping it, our water station may not be able to sustain its operations.

Our station relies solely on “Dumoy Water” as our primary source because of its naturally high mineral content and proven quality. To obtain this water, we must regularly travel and transport it back to our station, which also adds to our operational costs.

Despite these challenges, our commitment remains the same: to continue delivering safe, clean, and quality drinking water to our community.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, trust, and continued support during this time. Like many businesses and households, we are all navigating rising costs together, and we remain hopeful that conditions will soon improve for everyone.

We are hoping for your kind cooperation regarding this matter.
