We would like to sincerely apologize to all our customers who waited a very long time for your orders yesterday.

It was our very first day of opening, and guests arrived all at once which resulted in a lot of pending orders. We also serve cook-to-order meals only—we never reheat food because we want to make sure every dish you get is fresh and tastes its best. Our staff are still new, and we are also short-handed in the kitchen, so we struggled to keep up with the volume of orders.

Thank you so much for visiting us despite the wait! We truly appreciate your support, and we will take all your feedback to heart to improve our service.
