We train and equip aspiring Call Center Agents, Virtual Assistants, and Freelancers and help them land their first job, either corporate or work-from-home job opportunity.
It is intensive training via zoom and you can use our company credentials as your work background after you graduate from 60 days Paid OJT/Apprenticeship Program. You are paid base on your performance. The compensation will be discussed during the Interview and Training Orientation
Hence, we will endorse you to our Partners Centers and Management Service company. You will get directions upon applying. There's a chance to be absorbed and be part of our Virtual Staffing company and get a chance to be hired and be trained as a Virtual Assistant with a base pay of $400-$800 plus client commissions and more.
Job Qualifications:
• You be must be at least 18 years old and above
• Conversational English Communication
• Short Call Center experience is a plus but not required
• Start-up personality – do have “can do” attitude
• Ready to work after the Training either Home-base or Office-base.
• Night Shift. Willing to learn and receptive to coaching.
• Must be a resident in the Philippines
Time of Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am PHT with 1 hour Break.
Job Descriptions:
• Call prospects via web dialer
• Live Conference call to our US partners
• Fill out CRM to our Sales Tracker
• Lead generation, and web research
• Basic Admin Task
System Requirements:
• Desktop or Laptop with at least 4G RAM
• Windows 8 or Windows 10 Operating System
• Wired Internet Connection with more than 5mbps download and upload speed
• Noise Cancelling Headset is recommended
