We are looking for an experienced Marketing Associate who can create effective and engaging content, strengthen our online marketing, and generate more customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
โ๏ธ Create product posts, videos, catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials
โ๏ธ Plan and post consistent Facebook content
โ๏ธ Help customers understand our products and available options
โ๏ธ Help increase customer inquiries
โ๏ธ Monitor and improve marketing results

Requirements
โ๏ธ Proven experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
โ๏ธ Creative in making posts, videos, catalogs, and brochures
โ๏ธ Skilled in Canva and basic photo/video editing
โ๏ธ Familiar with Facebook Ads / Meta Business Suite is an advantage
โ๏ธ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email, and Google Apps
โ๏ธ Organized, responsible, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision
โ๏ธ Team player with a positive attitude
โ๏ธ Portfolio or sample work is preferred.
๐ค SALES ASSOCIATE
We need someone who is responsive, customer-focused, and able to assist customers through Messenger, phone calls, email, and warehouse walk-in visits.

Responsibilities
โ๏ธ Respond promptly to Messenger, call, and email inquiries
โ๏ธ Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the warehouse
โ๏ธ Help customers choose the right products for business or personal use
โ๏ธ Explain prices, sizes, specifications, availability, delivery, and installation
โ๏ธ Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
โ๏ธ Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock, delivery, and installation

Requirements
โ๏ธ Proven experience in sales, customer service, or handling online inquiries
โ๏ธ Comfortable answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers
โ๏ธ Good written and verbal communication skills
โ๏ธ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email, and Google Apps
โ๏ธ Organized, responsible, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision
โ๏ธ Team player with a positive attitude
โ๏ธ Willing to learn product details and specifications
