We’re looking for a Junior / Entry-Level Web Developer who’s excited to learn, grow, and build high-performing websites and pages while working closely with a supportive, experienced team.

Work Setup

- Full-time, Work From Home
- Occasional in-office work for trainings and VVIP client projects

What You’ll Do

1. Learn and work within our SaaS platform
2. Assist in building, finishing, and optimizing web pages
3. Work closely with Senior Web Developers and Designers
4. Implement design layouts into functional, responsive pages
5. Optimize pages for performance, speed, and basic SEO
6. Support ongoing improvements and updates to existing pages
7. Attend in-office trainings and team sessions when required

Content Creator / Multimedia Editor (Reels, Podcasts & Social Media)

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to support our growing roster of coaches, course creators, and thought leaders.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes short-form video, podcast content, and social media trends — and knows how to turn long-form content into engaging, scroll-stopping assets.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos from long-form recordings
- Edit podcast audio and video (clean cuts, pacing, light polish)
- Create engaging clips, audiograms, and social snippets from podcasts
- Add captions, text overlays, hooks, emojis, and light motion where appropriate
- Repurpose content across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Stay on top of current social media trends, formats, and best practices
- Work closely with our team to match each client’s brand voice and style
- Organize and deliver content cleanly and on time

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong experience with short-form video editing
2. Podcast editing experience is essential (audio and/or video)
3. Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
4. Creative eye for pacing, hooks, and storytelling
5. Comfortable working with coaches, experts, and personal brands
6. Knows how to edit content that feels authentic, not over-produced
7. Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven

Tools You Might Use

Virtual Staff Pro is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support an e-commerce brand focused on women’s products. If you love organized systems, enjoy helping customers (without taking calls), and prefer working during the day — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Love About This Role

Key Responsibilities

-Order Management
-Ensure sales orders and credit notes in Cin7 are accurate and ready for export to Xero
-Fix occasional export issues with the 3PL
-Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with the warehouse and customers
-Process returns in Shopify using PostCo and ensure records in Cin7 are correct
-Monthly checks for quantity mismatches and open orders that need resolution
-Handle returns from platforms like The Iconic

Customer Service (Non-Voice)

-Respond to customer enquiries via Freshdesk (email/chat only)
-Provide thoughtful, detailed fit and sizing advice to women
-Follow up with customers requesting fit assistance
-Prepare a short monthly customer service report

Stock Management

-Resolve auto stock adjustments coming from the 3PL
-Perform monthly stocktakes by comparing Cin7 and 3PL data
-Investigate and document any discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

-Fluent in written English
-Comfortable communicating with women customers
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Experience with Shopify and Cin7 is a plus (but not required)
-Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
