Scope of Work

* Computer and laptop troubleshooting

* Internet, Wi-Fi, and basic network support
* Software installation and updates
* Google Workspace, email, and file management
* Basic CCTV and network troubleshooting
* Data backup and basic IT security
* Employee account/device setup
* General IT concerns and technical support
* Remote support when possible and on-site support when needed

Qualifications

* IT graduate or with relevant IT experience
* Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software
* Familiar with basic networking and troubleshooting
* Freelance or field IT experience is an advantage
