Half way in my processing work on my sister's Title for transfer (3 owners named) :
My SPA from the owners, the RPT requirements almost thru (Transfer of Title Certification from RPT is left to be processed, documents (DOD, EJS, AOD) to be sent thru email, EJS drafted for 1 of the deceased owner, and other pertaining required documents are almost done (Signatures and Notarization awaits).

Payments of RPT Transfer Fee and BIR taxes will be next...🙂☺️😌
