Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Setup: Office-Based
Pay: Weekly
Start Date: ASAP — Monday, August 10, 2026
📍Location: Buhangin, Davao City

QUALIFICATIONS:
With experience in appointment setting
Good communication skills
Confident and professional when speaking with clients
Willing to work on a night shift
Goal-oriented and reliable
MedSpa experience is a plus!

What You'll Do:

Job Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Follow call scripts and maintain a professional approach.
Update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM.
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills.
Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or B2B sales is an advantage.
Confident speaking with decision-makers over the phone.
Familiar with CRM systems (preferred).

RingCircle BPO is looking for a highly motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support our Australian client specializing in internship and career placement programs.

If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking with business owners, and have experience in B2B outbound calling, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers across Australia.
2. Introduce and promote the client's internship and career placement program.
3. Build rapport with business owners and explain the benefits of hosting interns.

Qualifications: Previous experience in B2B Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales.

Experience using CRM systems (Apollo experience is an advantage).
Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Australian account experience is a strong advantage but not required.
