I started this January 27,2019 - bday ng Baby Amanda namin 😘

Yes in just 3 months this is possible! If you ask me how? It’s a mixture of desperation and being ready. Ready ako to do whatever it takes para may magbago na sa buhay ko! Sawa nako maging mataba ulit!

I lost 35lbs to date. This is my 100th day of BEING DISCIPLINED. Bakit ba disciplined? Kasi I chose a certain lifestyle that could sustain yung new body ko for a long time if not forever. Thankful for the person who introduced me into this new way of lifestyle. 😘 And I am a happy user of Nbody para may healthy greens sa katawan. I started using Nbody along with my workouts.. Pero naglalagay parin ako even if I am not able to do workouts.. Minsan may 2 weeks no workout at all.. 1-2x ako nagpapahid everyday. So diba? Disiplin 👻

Is this possible without exercise? YES!
But I chose to do workouts whenever I can.

Nag DECIDE lang ako na enough is enough. tapos d na rin ako masyado nagisip.. ginawa ko nalang. ☝🏽

Now why I am sharing this? Was it easy exposing my “before” belly to madlang people? Naaah. Took me days to contemplate kung kaya naba ng loob ko i-share to. But then again why be selfish? Shinishare ko to kasi I wanna give hope.. Bessy.. 3 months ago isa lang din ako sa kagaya mo na problemadong problemado sa life paano bako papayat! It lasted for years!!! Dati pagmagpipicture palagi akong nakatago sa likod.. and now naiintindihan ko na bakit may mga adik magselfie. 😂 Progress!! It’s addicting!! 💪🏽
