The USeP - Knowledge and Technology Transfer Division proudly celebrates the achievements featured in its Annual Report 2025, made possible through the collective efforts of its five units and centers: the Intellectual Property Management Unit, AGILab Technology Business Incubation Unit, Technology Transfer Unit, DigiHub FabLab Davao, and the Metal and Engineering Innovation Center (USeP MEIC).

The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP), through its Knowledge and Technology Transfer Division (KTTD) and AGILab – Technology Business Incubation Unit, formally strengthened its innovation ecosystem through HATCH: Sign. Lead. Launch, a 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗠𝗢𝗔) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗧𝗟𝗔), held as part of the University’s Foundation Day Celebration.

The ceremony was led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗚. 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗝𝗿., 𝗦𝗨𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗩, with the support of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗖. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗼, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗖. 𝗬𝗮𝗽, the 𝗢𝗜𝗖-𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗧𝗧𝗗, together with University officials, industry partners, startup founders, and innovation stakeholders.

A key highlight was the signing of a 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗨𝗦𝗲𝗣 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗼., 𝗜𝗻𝗰., 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗔. 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻, for the commercialization of the 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿—a University-developed agricultural innovation invented by 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗥𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗷𝗮, aimed at improving safety and productivity in coconut farming.

The University also formalized partnerships with industry partners:
𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗣𝗖, 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗣𝗥𝗢 (𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗚𝗔𝗖 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝘂𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻), 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗢 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗣𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Incubation and partnership agreements were likewise executed with University spin-off companies 𝗦𝗩𝗣 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼., 𝗜.𝗟.𝗜.𝗞.𝗛.𝗔. 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗖) developed through the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗧), 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗖𝗜𝗖), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

USeP further reinforced its support for 𝗗𝗧𝗜-𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀, including 𝗛𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗜 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗟𝗼𝗥𝗮𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗕𝗜𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗔 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀, as well as its 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗲, 𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

The ceremony concluded with a 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲, symbolizing the shared pledge of the University and its partners to advance innovation-driven and sustainable development.

Led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐨, Aviora Feeds focuses on developing sustainable, nutritious, and cost-efficient feed solutions aimed at supporting local farmers and strengthening the agricultural value chain. The team’s commitment to innovation in agri-feed technology has recently been recognized as they emerged 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 – 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐫, demonstrating their potential to create meaningful impact in the agri-sector.

This collaboration reflects AGILab’s mission to support high-potential innovators who contribute to agriculture, food security, and community development through science and technology.

We are thrilled to welcome 𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 as an official external incubatee under the USeP AGILab Technology Business Incubator.

Led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋. 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐚, Project Leader and Founder of INOKATech, is driven by a mission to address education-related challenges in the Philippines through innovation—creating accessible and effective digital learning resources for Filipino learners.

One of its flagship initiatives, 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡 (𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡), is an educational app designed to help improve low math proficiency nationwide. ALLYMath makes learning mathematics simple, fun, and well-guided, empowering learners with interactive and supportive digital tools.

This partnership strengthens AGILab’s commitment to nurturing mission-driven innovators who advance inclusive, quality education through technology.

The Incubation Agreement is signed by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨 𝐆. 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐉𝐫., SUC President IV, together with key University officials and Biosiga representatives, as witnesses to this partnership.

This collaboration strengthens USeP’s commitment to green innovation, technology commercialization, and the growth of impact-driven startups.
