SEABREN SECURITY AGENCY, INC. is looking for qualified and dedicated Security Officers to join our Operations Team for assignment in various areas within Region X.
๐น KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
โข Supervise and monitor security personnel in assigned areas
โข Conduct regular post inspections and operational monitoring
โข Ensure compliance with agency policies, client requirements, and security procedures
โข Address operational concerns involving clients and security personnel
โข Prepare investigation reports, security surveys, incident reports, and other operational documentation
โข Coordinate with clients and Agency Management on security concerns and recommended actions
โข Implement and monitor corrective measures as needed
๐น QUALIFICATIONS
โข 25โ45 years old
โข Licensed Security Officer / Security Officer License Holder
โข Preferably a college/degree holder
โข Preferably with previous work experience as a Security Operations Officer or in a similar security operations/supervisory role
โข Strong knowledge of security operations and personnel supervision
โข Experienced in preparing investigation reports, security surveys, incident reports, and other operational reports
โข Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
โข Professional in dealing with clients and security personnel
โข Willing to conduct field inspections and travel within Region X
โข Responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented
