Yung Wings sa heel, embroidered, hindi lang plain leather. Kaya kapag may dumi dun, hindi siya tinatanggal ng simpleng wipe. Kailangan siya ng tamang tier, tamang proseso.

Kung minsan ikaw na mismo naglilinis ng sneakers mo, dito usually nagsisimula ang problema, sa tongue.

Sobrang exposed niya sa tubig, sabon, at paggahasa kapag hilot-hilot mo siya sa pagbrush. Kaya kahit maayos yung sa labas, unang nagmumukhang pagod yung tongue.

Hindi tama yung technique, hindi kasalanan ng shoes.

We handled this one properly, controlled cleaning, hindi basta-brush, para hindi na maulit yung damage na nakikita sa DIY attempts.

Months of wear had pushed the leather toward grey, the midsole toward yellow, the whole silhouette toward "eh, okay na rin." University Blue is not a forgiving colorway. It shows everything.

We didn't let it settle there. Panel by panel, stitch by stitch, back to the blue it was supposed to be.

Not brand new. Just done right.

Duty shoes on shift. Court shoes on weekends. Same pair, doing double duty.

Grey na siya nung dumating. Hospital floors, pickleball courts, sweat, dust, the kind of wear that builds up quietly because there's no time to stop and clean it properly.

We assessed the mesh upper first. Hand cleaned, dry brushed, outsole detailed edge to edge. UV dried.

Di brand new. Malinis na, white ulit, ready for the next shift or the next game.

This outsole was never brown. It just forgot it was white.

Everyday wear, Davao dust, and months of walking without a proper clean turned the sole into something closer to soil than sneaker. Pangit talaga sabihin pero ganon na siya nung dumating.

We assessed the material first. Full outsole detail, ridge by ridge. Upper hand cleaned, holes on the toe box cleared out one by one. Laces cleaned separately. UV dried.

Di brand new. Malinis na, white na ulit, ready to wear with confidence again.

Suede doesn't show dirt the way canvas does. It just goes dull.

This pair looked "okay" from a distance, pero yung tongue, the stitching, the Jumpman patch itself had buildup na naka-settle into the material over time. Suede hides it well. Until you clean it.

We assessed the material first... suede needs safe handling, no soaking, no aggressive scrubbing. Dry brushed. Light mist where suitable. UV dried with shape protection.

Di brand new. Malinis na, texture restored, Jumpman visible clearly again.
Suede pairs need a different kind of care. We know the difference.

Dust, daily wear, and Davao heat turned yung upper grey.. laces included. Yung purple swoosh nabaon halos sa dirt buildup.

We assessed the mesh and knit panels first, delicate, needs safe cleaning, not aggressive scrubbing. Dry brushed. Hand cleaned. Laces washed separately. UV dried.

Di brand new. Malinis na nang maayos, yung white is back, yung purple pops again.

Some materials take longer to bring back. We don't rush it. We just do it right.

Trail shoes don't play fair.

Mud in the mesh. Dirt packed into every lug on the outsole. Grime that's been through actual terrain, not just sidewalk dust.

We assessed the material first... mesh upper, deep tread, colored panels that needed careful handling. Dry brushed. Hand cleaned. Outsole detailed lug by lug.

This pair has done a bit of everything.

Tennis. Golf. Work. Travel. Errands. Repeat.

You can usually tell when a pair becomes the default choice. Hindi man siya mukhang sobrang dumi, pero the wear starts showing in the details.

A little dust in the mesh. Buildup in the foam. Dirt settling into places na hindi naaabot ng quick wiping.

And that's the interesting part. Some dirt hides until the cleaning starts.

This pair came in before an upcoming trip. The goal wasn't perfection. Just a proper reset before more airport walks, more errands, and wherever else it ends up next.

Yung pair na suot mo for quick errands, coffee runs, classes, or lakad na "saglit lang naman."

The one you keep reaching for without thinking.

Then one day, mapapansin mo na lang, medyo iba na yung canvas. May dust buildup na sa toe area. The rubber isn't as fresh as it used to be.

Nothing dramatic. Just signs of a pair that's been with you through a lot.

And honestly? That's not a bad thing.

It means the pair got worn the way it was meant to be worn.

This Onitsuka Tiger came in carrying a bit of everyday life with it. Our job wasn't to make it look brand new.
