"We express our gratitude to Agile Management Solutions for this program at the hospital that we conducted under BPREDS - Business Process Re-Engineering, Design, and Standardization.

Through our program, we were able to identify and create our Quality Plan, and in doing so, we developed Procedural Manuals and Work Instructions, along with other documents to clarify and enhance the services for patients at Davao De Oro Provincial Hospital in Pantukan.

So far, the direction is clear, and this is truly an excellent quality improvement initiative that has happened at the hospital. Through the assistance of our consultant, Sir Jesson, we extend our heartfelt thanks for your help.

There were indeed challenges along the way, but we take on our respective roles because, as a consultant, you have provided everything we needed.

🚫 The "Document what you do and do what you document" Trap 🚫

How often have you heard this phrase from ISO Consultants, Trainers, auditors, and Quality Practitioners? It's a well-intended mantra, but it can be a dangerous trap if misunderstood.

📜 "Document what you do"
This phase often leads to documenting existing practices, sometimes deeply ingrained for years. Process Owners share their experiences, and voila, you have documented policies, procedures, flowcharts, and more.

🤨 "Do what you document"
Here's where the trap lies. Doing what you've documented might mean perpetuating those old practices. While that's fine if they still work, it's risky if they no longer meet today's standards, customer requirements, and competitive challenges.
