๐ง Role 1: Webmaster
Weโre looking for a detail-oriented Webmaster to manage and maintain client websites across Shopify, WordPress, and other CMS platforms. This is a great fit if you're confident in making basic code edits, keeping sites updated and performing well, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to improve functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
โข Maintain and update websites (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
โข Implement HTML/CSS edits (basic only)
โข Monitor site performance, uptime, broken links, and security
โข Manage plugins, apps, and third-party integrations
โข Make UX/UI improvements based on best practices
โข Collaborate with content and marketing teams
โข Keep content, product listings, and promotions updated
โข Provide regular reports on site health and improvements
Requirements:
โ 3+ yearsโ experience managing CMS platforms
โ Proficient in HTML/CSS (basic edits and styling)
โ Familiar with integrations like Zapier, Make, and others
โ Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
โ Comfortable working independently and on multiple projects
๐ Role 2: IT Project Manager (E-commerce & Marketing Systems)
Weโre also hiring an IT Project Manager to lead and optimize the systems and tech stack that power our agencyโs e-commerce and marketing operations. You donโt need to be a developer โ but you should be confident managing tools, integrations, automations, and backend systems across platforms like Shopify Plus, Zapier, WordPress, GoHighLevel, and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
โข Manage backend setups for Shopify Plus stores
โข Build and maintain automations (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel)
โข Oversee project management in Monday.com
โข Set up CRM, AI voice/chat, and sales automation tools
โข Configure WordPress plugins and themes
โข Handle email server setup and deliverability issues
โข Manage affiliate platform setup and onboarding
โข Assist in financial tool integrations (e.g., QuickBooks)
โข Build internal dashboards for leadership and reporting
Requirements:
โ 2+ years of project/systems management experience
โ Strong knowledge of Shopify, Zapier, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Monday.com
โ Familiarity with QuickBooks, affiliate tools, CRM platforms
โ Excellent organizational and communication skills
โ Proactive, self-directed, and tech-savvy
