Here is a 7-step roadmap for learning AI in 2026 without losing your mind:

1. Understand the shift (AI is changing how work gets done, not just which apps you use)
2. Learn how LLMs work at a basic level (so you stop blaming the tool when the problem is the prompt)
3. Pick a small stack (one assistant, one research tool, one automation tool)
4. Get better at prompting (clear instructions = better output, for AI and for humans)
5. Apply AI to a real task you already do every week
6. Build one small reusable project
7. Repeat: learn, apply, review, improve

The people getting ahead are not the most technical. They are the most structured.

What is VA Pooling?
This is not a direct client placement yet. Pooling means you’ll be part of our pre-qualified, pre-trained roster while we prepare you for upcoming client opportunities.

Instead of sending you straight into a client setup unprepared, we:

👉Train you on AI-assisted workflows
👉Align you with our standards, SOPs, and tools
👉Assess your readiness and strengths
👉Prepare you to be client-ready when matched

Why this matters:
