Solar tech's don't lose thier client during installation .

They lose them AFTER handover

I've seen this repeatedly on solar sites.

The system is installed.
Commissioning is completed.
Everything runs smoothly.

Then 6-9 months later .
-System ouput starts dropping.
-Batteries degrade faster than expected.
-Inverters bigen to trip occassionally/show alarm signals.

It is not because the installation was poor but because;
-Clients is not properly train on basic system operation.
-There was no structured O&M plan.

Solar PV don't fail suddenly , they decline quitely.
This why I learned that installation is only part of the job.
Operation's ang Maintenance is what protects performance and trust.

This an observation.
