🌸 Empowered Women, Informed Consumers! 🌸

In celebration of Women’s Month, a Consumer Awareness and Responsiveness Seminar along with DTI Programs and Services for MSMEs and Consumers was successfully conducted last March 25, 2025 at the covered court of Brgy. Nipoo, Dinalungan, Aurora.

The activity was attended by 35 active members of the Women’s Association, highlighting the strength, capability, and unique role of women in community development. 💪✨

The seminar aimed to:
✅ Enhance knowledge on consumer rights and responsibilities
✅ Introduce DTI programs and services that support livelihood and small businesses
✅ Encourage women to explore entrepreneurship opportunities
As a result of the activity, 7 participants expressed interest and proceeded with Business Name Registration, marking a positive step toward building their own enterprises!

This initiative shows our ongoing commitment to empowering women, raising consumer awareness, and supporting the growth of MSMEs in the community.

DTI Aurora, CENRO - Casiguran Empowered Communities in a Two-Day Seminar

Dinalungan, Aurora – DTI Aurora, through the Negosyo Center Dinalungan, collaborated with the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of Casiguran, Aurora, for a two-day Enterprise Development and Business Plan Training for the 49 members of Talaytay Protected Landscape Occupants Association Inc. (TPLOA). Held at the Information Center of the Talaytay Protected Landscape Office in Brgy. Dibaraybay, Dinalungan, Aurora, last January 22-23, 2026.
The program aimed to strengthen and capacitate local community members by guiding them through the fundamentals of business planning and enterprise development. NC Dinalungan, Business Counselor Jeaddahlyn Aguilar, provided a step-by-step explanation of how to create a business plan, complete with practical examples, ensuring participants' full understanding of the process. Meanwhile, the enterprise development session highlighted the vital connection among market sources, production, and production volume in building sustainable businesses. The training also emphasized the broader aspects, objectives, and community value of enterprise development, underscoring its role in improving livelihoods and fostering local economic growth.
Participants expressed appreciation for the training, noting how it provided new insights and confidence in pursuing livelihood projects.
“Ako ay lubos na nasiyahan at nagkaroon ako ng ideya tungkol sa business plan. Maraming salamat Mam Jedalyn. Thank you, God bless,” shared Cherry Cadeliña Padayao. “Maraming salamat po, Mam Jedalyn. Marami po kaming natutunan. Sana magsama-sama ulit tayo.” Editha Padayao Magdaraog added. Other participants echoed similar sentiments, praising the clarity of the explanations and the valuable knowledge they gained.
Business Counselor Jeaddahlyn Aguilar concluded the training with a powerful reminder: “Ang business plan ay hindi lang papel—ito ay gabay tungo sa matagumpay at pangmatagalang kabuhayan. Hinihikayat ko po ang TPLOA Inc. na ang natutunan ninyo na ito ay gamitin, magpursige, palaguin, tumulong at magbigay ng ambag sa pag-unlad ng ating komunidad.”
Negosyo Center-Dinalungan provides continuous coaching and mentoring support to TPLOA Inc., ensuring that the lessons from this enterprise development and business plan training are applied effectively. By guiding participants in refining their business ideas, assisting in registration processes, and linking them to potential markets, it helps transform their plans into sustainable livelihood projects. This ongoing support will not only strengthen the Association but also foster collaboration, resilience, and long-term growth within the community.

🌱✨ Enterprise Development & Business Plan Training ✨🌱

On January 22–23, 2026, the Negosyo Center Dinalungan proudly served as a resource speaker for the Enterprise Development and Business Plan Training attended by 49 members of the Talaytay Protected Landscape Occupants Association.

Held at the Information Center – Talaytay Protected Landscape in partnership with CENRO, the training was a success! 🎉

Dinalungan, Aurora – December 4–5, 2025 at Municipal Covered Court Dinalungan Aurora. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) conducted a two-day orientation for Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) beneficiaries in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Aurora through Negosyo Center Dinalungan who provided training on “Building successful business ventures and maximizing opportunities through Small Business Corporation (SB Corp) loans”.
This initiative underscores the strong collaboration between DSWD, DTI-Aurora, and NC-Dinalungan in promoting inclusive economic development and empowering local communities toward long-term success.

NC Dinalungan Leads Product Development, Digital Marketing Seminar

Dinalungan, Aurora – The Negosyo Center (NC) Dinalungan strengthened its support for local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by conducting a Product Development and Digital Marketing Seminar on August 27, 2025, at the Dinalungan Multi-Purpose Hall. The event was attended by twenty local entrepreneurs, majority of whom are milk tea shop owners.
The initiative was organized in collaboration with the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) and the Local Economic and Investment Promotions Office (LEIPO) of Dinalungan, Aurora, demonstrating the municipality’s strong commitment to fostering inclusive economic growth and innovation.
The seminar aimed to enhance the competitiveness and market readiness of local MSMEs by strengthening their knowledge of product development, branding, and packaging. It also sought to equip entrepreneurs with digital marketing tools and strategies to help them expand their online presence, attract more customers, and increase sales.
The sessions covered key topics such as enhancing product quality and packaging, building a strong brand identity, leveraging social media and e-commerce platforms for marketing, and understanding market trends and consumer behavior.
Participants engaged in interactive discussions and hands-on exercises, enabling them to apply new concepts directly to their business operations.
“This seminar is part of our ongoing mission to equip our local businesses with the skills and strategies they need to thrive in today’s competitive market,” said Jeaddahlyn A. Aguilar, NC Business Counselor – Dinalungan.
The entrepreneurs also shared their own experiences in managing and promoting their businesses, emphasizing the value of collaboration, innovation, and community support in sustaining business growth.
“I learned practical ways to market my products online and make my packaging more appealing. These strategies will really help boost my business visibility,” shared one of the participants.
The Negosyo Center Dinalungan continues to serve as a vital hub for entrepreneurial development, providing training, mentorship, and support services to MSMEs across the municipality. Upcoming activities will focus on financial literacy, e-commerce development, and business continuity planning to further strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

📍 Bringing Services Closer to the Community! On August 14, 2025, Negosyo Center Dinalungan proudly participated in the Serbisyo Caravan at Barangay Ditawini, Dinalungan, Aurora — part of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) led by DILG.

Organized by LGU-Dinalungan in collaboration with various National Government Agencies (NGAs) and Local Offices, the event aimed to deliver essential services directly to residents.
