Hello mga loyal kalaba namin, may announcement po sana kame. Humihingi po kame ng pang unawa nyo sa bagay na ito:
Napagdesisyunan po namin na lahat ng ipapalaba kailangan na po bayaran, eto po ay sa kadahilanan tulad ng sumusunod:
-marami po nagpapalaba na hindi binabalikan on time at hindi na totally binabalikan. Nais lang po namin malaman nyo na kame po ay namumuhunan din ng sabon, fabcon, bleach,tubig, kuryente, gasul, plastic at oras ng mga empleyado para maasikaso mga damit nyo. At sa panahon po na hindi nakukuha ang mga labada umuukupa po ng lugar sa shop at dahil dipo iisa yung nag iiwan ng matagal makikita nyo naman po na halos wala na kame lugar. Bukod po sa ibinabayad nyo sa amin wala na po iba pinagkukuhana ng panggastos ang shop para sa mga pambili ng supply. Kaya kung karamihan po ay mag iiwan ng labada at hindi mababayaran abonado na po kame agad at kung patuloy po na ganun yung sistema baka po dumating sa pagkakataon na di na po kame makapagbigay ng serbisyo na dasal namin na wag naman po sanang mangyari..
Kami po ay humihingi ng inyong pang unawa, ngayon po ay nasa estado pa din tayo ng pandemic kaya umaasa po kame na maunawaan nyo po ang konting pagbabago sa laundry..
Maraming salamat po pang unawa at patuloy na pagtangkilik sa amin..

*** self service is still not allowed, please bear with us as we still have the pandemic issues, our shop can only accomodate max of 3 persons and we are after everybodys safety
***clothes will only be allowed to be stored at our hub for 1 week, storage fee after the 1 week free time will be /week (we only have limited space and as much as we want to keep your clothes, this refrains us from having space for new clients clothes (please understand)
***clothes that had been neglected for 30 days will be disposed not unless we received an advise and valid reason from the owner on why they cannot pick up their clothes will be given special consideration.
***as we are still on the pandemic situation please dont forget to wear your facemask (a must) and faceshield (if available). If you are encountering symptoms or have been exposed to the virus please stay home and please wash your clothes at home, we are not declining to give you the services we offer but we wish to keep more people safer and be covid free (please please understand)

Hello everyone! Malapit na po kame mag 1 year at bilang pasasalamat sa mga patuloy na pagtangkilik ako po ay may promo na ipamimigay sa every 7 full service na napagawa nyo sa amin may free pong 1-6kls full service inclusive na po sa lahat ie. LD, Fabcon at Zonrox pati na din po tupi at packing..Mamimigay po ako ng 50 loyalty card..Sa mismong araw po ng Anniversary namin may mga surprises din po ako na inihahanda! Announcement and our apology..
- may mga comments po ako na naririnig about sa mga damit na may amoy after po namin nalaundry and we welcome comments like this pero nais ko lng din po sana magpaliwanag and pasensya na po kung ngayon ko lng naharap-
1. Sa mga nagpapalaba po ng maximum 8kls, ang kasama po sa option na yun is
-3sachets of ariel or 100ml
liquid detergent
-100ml fabcon
-100ml colorsafe zonrox
*paunawa po: sa maximum load nagsusuggest po ako na magpadagdag po tayo ng LD, Fabcon at Colorsafe eto po ay sa mga kadahilanang sumusunod:
Ang mga damit po nating madumi may bacteria at mas tumatagal nakatambak mas lalo nagmumultiply ang bacteria na nagcacause na magkaamoy ang damit at yung package pong kasamang mga cleaning materials ay dpo talaga kakayanin, mas lalo po kung ang madumi natin ay pawisan at basa bago naitambak sa labahan.
Nais ko po na matugunan ang mga problema na maaari nyong naranasan kaya lang po hindi ko naman po pedeng saluhin lang yung responsibilidad na pabanguhin ang mga damit nating lahat ng sa akin lang po ang konsumo. Sana po maunawaan nyo din na eto po ay negosyo na naglalayon na kahit paano po ay kumita lalo na po at namuhunan at patuloy po akong namumuhunan mula sa renta ng lugar, pasweldo sa mga nag aasikaso ng ating mga damit, kuryente, tubig, sabon, fabcon, clorox. Pati na po alcohol, disinfectant at face mask. Sa totoo lang po mas dumami yung konsumo namin pero hindi po kame nagtaas ng presyo dahil nauunawaan ko po ang kalagayan ng lahat. Sa mga pagkakataon po na may mga saloobin kayo maaari nyo po ako imessage sa fb or sa personal na number ko sa sun 09338770085.

Express Pay will have its grand opening on Sunday- October 4, 2020..
We really like to invite everyone but due to the current situation now we will have to follow strict guidance, safety first!
We will be preparing some packed snacks so we can maintain proper social distancing, please dont expect po ng bonggasious na lafangan ha 😅 alcohol will also be available (mejo limited lang din po) We just want to share sa lahat ng mga kabarangay yung mga milestone ng lugar natin..hopefully next time may Jolibi, fresh option at 7/11 na din tayo dito!!
See you po mga kabarangay! May konting pasurprise po kame para sa mga first few customers!!

Announcement: Elles Laundry Hub business operation hours:
Monday to Saturday @ 8am - 5pm (pede pahabol)
Sunday @ 8 am til 12 noon (pede din paextend)
As part of safety precautions po since small lang yung hub hindi po muna kame magcater ng self service to avoid lang po yung incorrect social distancing..we also have free facemask (with limit lang po) para sa mga regular clients and until may supply po. Alcohol is also available po sa shop for disinfection lahat po ng client can pump on it for free. May feet on shoe or slippers bath din po prior entrance starting tomorrow po .. thank you po ulit for patronizing!! Keep safe po sa lahat!
