Faithfulness is not always about big moments, itโs often seen in the small, quiet choices we make every day.
In todayโs session, we were reminded that being faithful starts in the little things, showing up, staying consistent, and trusting God even when things feel slow or unnoticed. Faithfulness is built over time, not overnight.
One of our leaders, Quisha, shared how the small things changed her life. By simply choosing to stay faithful, keeping her commitment, trusting God in the process, and not giving up, she began to see growth in ways she didnโt expect. Her story reminded us that even the smallest acts of faith can lead to something greater.
We also reflected on how easy it is to feel discouraged when itโs not yet our turn. But faithfulness means continuing to do what is right, even when no one sees it yet. Itโs about trusting that God is working behind the scenes.
As leaders, we are called to be faithful not just in big responsibilities, but in how we think, speak, and serve others daily. Because in the end, itโs our consistency that builds our character.
May we continue to enlarge our faithfulness, staying committed, trusting Godโs timing, and choosing to be steady in every season.
