The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers by communicating with them via emails and phone calls.
Other tasks:
* Clearing email inbox for the regions assigned
* Managing customer requests
* Notifying customers of order issues
* Building and improving store's satisfaction rate
* Coordinating with suppliers and carriers
* Utilizing the tools in researching issues and providing resolutions needed to satisfy customers in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
* Articulate in the English language both in written and verbal
* With keen attention to detail involving numbers and product description
* Efficient in problem solving and research
* Can work with minimum supervision/shifting schedules/holidays
* Above average typing skills
* With knowledge of e-commerce websites and their transaction process, such as for eBay, Amazon, and the like
* Good computer skills: Internet navigation, Skype, Microsoft Office programs, etc.
