📢NOTICE ON DELAYED INTERNET RESTORATION AFTER POWER INTERRUPTION📢

Dear Valued Subscriber,

We would like to inform you that while RJARVS has backup power systems in place to maintain our local network operations during power outages, the delay in restoring internet connection is currently due to limitations being experienced by our upstream provider, PLDT, in terms of backup power in certain affected areas.

As PLDT serves as our primary backbone, any interruption or delayed recovery on their end may affect the restoration of our services even after power has been restored locally.

Please be advised that once their systems are fully operational and stable, internet connectivity will gradually return as network equipment completes its normal reboot and synchronization process.
