While looking at these BILLS, I realized that maybe the person/s on the money has its own purpose.

I think, the reason kung bakit isa lang ang tao sa 20, 50, and 100 ay para e-remind tayo na kapag sila palang ang laging laman ng wallet mo, you are not ready yet for a relationship.

Dalawang tao naman for 500 to inform us na kapag si 500 na ang laging laman ng wallet mo, pwede ka na magjowa🤣.

Lastly, 3 persons naman for 1K to tell us na kapag sya na ang laging laman ng wallet mo, you can afford na magka pamilya🤣.

Don't under estimate the POWER of FOCUSED saving and investing for the next 5 to 10 years ( from now) dahil DESERVE MO DIN MAGKAROON NG IPON.

Save and invest a portion of your 13th month pay.
Minsan lang yan sa isang taon..😊

Sayang ang time 😊 to keep on doing the same things that you don't like.

Prepare and live your life to the fullest 💗

HINDI KO KAILANGAN ANG FINANCIAL LITERACY
kasi matipid, madiskarte, at magaling akong magbudget😊

It's ironic that a lot says that, but don't really have financial contingency plans.

-not aware of the interest rates (when lending)
-not aware with the effect of inflation to their savings.
-not aware of the different financial tools that are so accessible now. (Compared before)
-how to spot a scam etc...

Kung baga ,if 20 ,30 years from now, your financial situation does not change for the better, it's because of you.

Sabi nga "It's not your fault to be born poor, but if you die poor that's all your fault."

Practical use of having financial education.
Know the interest rates. Then you can plan, customize, adjust your plan depending on your goals.

Most are professionals when it comes to jobs, but financially unaware.

Wherein that's how it works naman talaga.

A lot wanted the idea of financial freedom and investing, but doesn't really give effort and time.

Job, work will give you enough (most of the time less than enough) to sustain your daily living.

In other words for survival.

That's why it's a challenge to get out of the rat cycle.

But once you understand the beauty of having financial education, you'll understand how the rich and wealthy leverage different facilities to achieve financial freedom.

And how you can use the same facilities too.😊

You know that feeling when you have options.

Diba?

Remember that Financial Knowledge is an ally to materialize your goals not an enemy. 😊

Happy weekend😊

In personal finance, cash flow is all about income and spending. If you’re spending more than you earn, you’ll have a negative cash flow. How can you improve this? Earn more, spend less.

Again, sounds simple, but it’s not that easy to do. To help you out, here are a few ways you can improve your cash flow:

1. Make more money. The most straightforward way to have more money is, well, to make more money. So invest in your best asset — yourself! Read books, widen your knowledge, improve your skills to expand the range of income streams you can have. Having more marketable skills will increase your earning power and positively influence your cash flow.

2. Invest in learning. This is a part of investing in yourself. The more you know, the more ways you can find to make money. Whether that’s by improving yourself in your current company or learning ways you can start your own business or sidelines, learning is an investment that will never go to waste.

3. Be enterprising. I’ll admit that I don’t think entrepreneurship is for everyone. However, I still think that more Filipinos can go into entrepreneurship. But it’s important that you go into it armed with knowledge — among others, you should read about the business you want to get into, observe the market, make sure your business plan is solid, and have an exit plan. It would also help to start small, such as basic buy and sell or commission selling. If you prepare correctly, and with God’s grace, you could be one of them. A successful business or sideline will do wonders for your cash flow.

4. Spend less money. Making more money takes time and effort. It may take months for you to get that pay raise, or even longer for your business to start raking in profits. You know what takes less effort and has immediate effects? Spending less money! I’ve said it so many times that you might feel like I’m a broken record, but it’s still true — the way to wealth is spending less than what you earn and investing the difference. If you do this for the long term, you’re sure to meet your goals.

While it may take objectively less effort to spend less than to make more, it also feels a lot more painful. We Filipinos have a culture of spending. How many times have we promised ourselves that we’d be more diligent about spending, only to go out and make unnecessary purchases?

Simple lang ang personal finance
Sabi ng aming business mentor Joen delas P***s, sa aming daily leaders' call:

Plant what you want to harvest.
-- plant time today to harvest more time for your family later.
-- plant money today, to harvest money in your retirement.
-- plant blessing today, to harvest more blessings later.

Wala pang nalugi dahil nag-save at invest ng tama.

Walang harvest ang pag-aksaya ng oras
Walang harvest ang pag-aksaya ng pera.

I love this analogy!

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Well because someone bumped into me, of course!"

Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

*Whatever is inside the cup, is what will spill out.*

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

*So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"

When life gets tough, what spills over?

Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?

Or anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?

You choose!

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others. 🙌🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻

Unfortunately, our school system isn’t going to teach our kids everything they need to know about money. 💵

This is a very short list of ideas you can do for your kids at different ages.

Educating your kids about money will give them an advantage in the future. Especially when they start to explore the real world (life after school).

What to expect?

Either we get left out or dance with it.

Matutong maginvest.

At kapag kumita ang investment, matutong magreinvest.

Until such time, masasabi mong kaya na.

Propesyunal man o hindi, may posisyon man o wala.

2% or less than 1% lang ang marunong maginvest.

Sa laki ng population, imaginin mo yun.

Ikaw ba, san ka kabilang? Sa 2% or 98%.😊

Hanggat may time at may desire to change, may magagawa ka.😊

Learn how to maximize your gowth and potentials.😊💓

To learn more pls.don't hesitate to ask me how.
I would be glad to help.

Enjoy, but don't forget to prepare. 😊

Madaming uncertanties,better prepared than sorry.

And it's exciting when the time comes you will enjoy your hard work and sacrifices.

That's why it's just now that the ′′ Bucket List ′′ has been made
by the time you are ready to fulfill your long list, you already have a rep, meaning there is a fund already.

Save to invest while young and healthy
ng hindi "enjoy now, suffer later". ^^, ❤

Laging tandaan: "The best time to prepare is when you don't need it."
Kasi, siya ang sasagot sa gastos mo in terms of your sickness.
Benefits:
📌 Pays your hospital bills and medications.
📌 Pays your medical expenses.
📌 Pays your Doctor's visit and checkups.
📌 Pays your laboratory tests and operations.
📌 Provides care for your health.
KAISER is a 3-in-1 Ultimate Health Builder. Meron siya sa tatlo.
1, Short and Long Term Healthcare
2. Investments
3. Term Life Insurance
Get Kaiser while you are young and healthy not when you are old and sickly.
