📌 Each Team must consist of a minimum of 5 (five) members and a maximum of 6 (Six) members.

📌 The team composition must be:

1 Team Captain

4 Players

1 Sub player

📌 During the entire tournament, PLAYER REPLACEMENT IS NOT ALLOWED.

📌 While seated at the battlefield table, you must wear the team jersey that was purchased with the registration fee.

📌 When the game begins, SUBSTITUTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

📌 Any in-game disconnection (Low battery, no data connection, etc.) will not be entertained and the game will be continued.

📌 Incomplete team and players will automatically result into default.

📌 Hacks, mods, or third-party applications are not allowed. Game organizers are allowed to check the players’ or teams’ devices if they are suspected of cheating.

📌 All players must be physically present during the entire tournament with their own devices (Mobile phones or Tablets).

📌 Participants must bring:

- 1 valid ID to verification

- 2 (two) Valid ID’s (If not available, they must present proof of address)

📌 Registration is open to all Mindanaoan 11 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE.

📌 Every team captain should add each other or follow the team leader of their opposing teams for easier custom game creation.

📌 Team captains will create the custom game and are responsible for adding their teammates.

📌 DRAFT PICK is the manner on how to choose your character or Hero.

📌 Tournament will be played in a DOUBLE ELIMINATION FORMAT.

📌 Elimination round will be played in a Best of 1 (one) match.

📌 Semi-Finals and Finals will be played in a best of 3 (three) matches.

📌 Decisions made by the tournament organizers are final and not open for discussion

MECHANICS & GUIDELINES

1. This is open to all hip-hop dance crews here in General Santos City only.
2. MEMBERS PER CREW: Minimum of 6 members; Maximum of 15 members.
3. MUSIC LENGTH: Minimum of 3 minutes; Maximum of 4 minutes.
4. Each crew can perform any HIP HOP DANCE, depending on their style.
5. Tricks and other stunts are ALLOWED, provided that the Hip Hop Competition Committee is not liable for the untoward incidents.
6. Each crew is required to sign waiver to ensure that the committee will not be held liable for the causes and of course, we prioritize the safety during the competition.
7. The costume & props is of group discretion. Nudity and indecency are strictly prohibited.
8. Music shall be saved in a flash drive. (USB FORMAT)
9. Only 15 slots available for this competition.
10. The competition will be on November 24, 2023, 7:00 o’clock in the evening, which will be held at the Gaisano mall of Gensan Parking Lot.
11. The decisions of the judges are final and irrevocable.
PRODUCTION REHEARSAL & BLOCKING RULES
1. Each competing crews shall arrive on November 24, 2023.
2. Pre – Registration Time is 4PM – 5PM ONLY. Failure to comply will be disqualified from the competition.
3. Blocking and Rehearsal Sequence will be according to first-come-first-register basis.
4. Each crew will be given only 15 MINUTES to block their routine. An official timekeeper will be assigned to monitor the duration.
5. Drawing of lots will be done after the registration process.
6. Call Time for the Competition: 4:00PM SHARP. Failure to come means disqualification in the competition.
7. Each crew shall prepare a 6 – 8’s including the entrance and the exit for the production number.
8. Participate and be cooperative when rehearsing the production. We will assign holding areas for each entry.
9. Judges will be announced during the final briefing.
