CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS POLICY
Thank you po for choosing M & M PRINTWORKS! To ensure a smooth transaction and the best possible output, please read and understand our policy before placing your order Ma’am/Sir.
🔹 PHOTO QUALITY GUIDELINES
• Please send the ORIGINAL photo file whenever possible.
• Photos downloaded from Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms may become blurry, pixelated, or less sharp when printed due to image compression.
• Screenshots and low-resolution images may affect the final print quality.
• For Sintra Boards and large-size prints, high-resolution photos are strongly recommended.
• Customers will be informed if the submitted photo has quality issues before printing.
• If the customer chooses to proceed despite the quality warning, M & M PRINTWORKS will not be held responsible for any blurriness, pixelation, or loss of image quality caused by the image provided.
• NO REFUND, REPLACEMENT, OR REPRINT will be provided for outputs affected by low-quality images supplied by the customer.
🔹 ORDER PROCESS
1️⃣ Send your design, photo, or customization details.
2️⃣ We will review the file, confirm the order details, quantity, size, and total cost.
3️⃣ Down Payment Policy
• Regular customers, repeat customers, and personally known customers may place orders without a down payment.
• New customers are required to pay a 50% down payment before production begins.
• The remaining balance must be settled upon pick-up or before delivery.
4️⃣ Production of the customized order.
5️⃣ Quality checking and customer notification.
6️⃣ Pick-up or delivery arrangement.

📌 IMPORTANT TERMS
• All customized products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold to others.
• Once the layout/design has been approved and production has started, cancellations, refunds, and design changes will no longer be accepted.
• Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, printers, ink, and materials used.
• Processing time may vary depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.
• Customers are encouraged to double-check names, dates, spellings, and other details before approving the final layout.
