About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Video Evidence Coordinator to handle CCTV footage retrieval, extraction, and organization. This role supports operations, security, and internal investigations by ensuring accurate and timely access to video evidence.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Retrieve video footage from CCTV, DVR/NVR, and IP camera systems

✂️ Extract specific timeframes based on incident reports or requests

🗂️ Organize, label, and properly store video files🔒 Maintain chain of custody and secure handling of all video evidence

🤝 Coordinate with operations, security, and management for footage requests

💾 Export and convert video files when needed

📌 Assist in reviewing footage for incidents and investigations

🔐 Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all recordings

⚙️ Perform basic system checks on CCTV/recording systems

Requirements:

🗣️ Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
