If you’re noticing slower speeds or brief disruptions today—especially when connecting to international sites in Hong Kong or Singapore—here is a quick heads-up on what’s happening.

An undersea fiber cable (the EAC-C2C submarine cable system) is currently damaged. Since this is an issue with the international ocean cables, external repair crews are already working to fix it. In the meantime, our network team is keeping a close eye on everything to minimize the impact on your day-to-day browsing.

We have received reports of a fiber cut affecting selected areas in COUNTRY MEADOW which is causing of Red Los light and disconnections for some customers.

Our technicians are currently troubleshooting and working to restore the affected connections as soon as possible.

We will provide another update once the connection has been fully restored.

We are currently experiencing slow internet speeds due to ongoing maintenance and replacement of the C2C Submarine Cable. The maintenance is being conducted to replace a faulty submarine repeater and restore the affected fiber pairs.
