We would like to inform you that we have received Memorandum Order No. 003-04-2025 from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) regarding network repairs during the 2025 National and Local Elections.
๐Ÿ—“๏ธ In compliance with this directive, all network installations, repairs, and maintenance works will be completed on or before May 3, 2025.
๐Ÿšซ Starting May 5 to May 14, 2025, all telecom providers, including us, are instructed to suspend any network-related activities to ensure uninterrupted transmission of election data nationwide.
๐Ÿ’ฌ If you experience any issues during this period, rest assured that we will still be monitoring our network, and emergency cases will be reported to the NTC for proper handling.
