You just wake up with the sound of your alarm... Ooops, you need to hurry cause your kids might be late to school. From laying down, standing up straight then running to the kitchen to quickly boil water and check what food you'll cook.... Before you even drink your coffee, you're already EXHAUSTED.
Why not... wake up with the sound of your alarm. Pause for a while. Pray and thank the Lord for the brand-new day. Take a deep breath. Stretch your arms wide open, inhale-exhale. Then, slowly, get off your bed go to the kitchen, drink water, then do your thing quickly. Your kids won't be late, and you'll feel ENERGIZED.
Just like the baby steps learning to walk, sometimes we need not to hurry, we need to TAKE IT SLOW...
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
