Please be advised that due to an emergency power interruption, customers in the following areas may experience no water or low water pressure:
Poblacion 1, Poblacion 2, Poblacion 3, Magaspac, Abagon,
San Antonio, Salapungan, Bawa, Singat, Carbonel, Matapitap,
Matayuncab, Cardona, Apsayan, Buenlag, Don Basilio, Danzo,
Ayson, Malayep, Tagumbao, Dicolor, Villa Paz, Oloybuaya, Caturay, and Plastado.
Date: August 17, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Water service may be temporarily unavailable or have reduced pressure during the scheduled period. Normal water service is expected to resume after power is restored.

Please be informed that the ongoing Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) at the Sulipa Pumping Station has been extended until 7:00 PM today to allow our team to complete the necessary maintenance works and ensure the continued reliability of our water supply system.

Customers served by the Sulipa Pumping Station may continue to experience low water pressure or temporary water interruption until the maintenance is completed.

We sincerely apologize for the extended inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is working diligently to complete the maintenance and restore normal water service as soon as possible.

Please be advised that low water pressure to no water supply may be experienced in the following areas today from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM due to the conduct of a cause investigation:

- Brgy. Sulipa
- Brgy. San Agustin
- Brgy. Sembrano
- Brgy. New Salem

Our technical team will be conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the service interruption. Water service is expected to normalize after the activity is completed.

Walk the Line Activity – Days 1 & 2

As part of our commitment to delivering reliable and quality water utility services, our team continues to conduct the Walk the Line Activity across our service areas to inspect water distribution lines, identify service concerns, monitor system conditions, and engage directly with customers.

Day 1 (Monday):
Sulipa, New Salem, San Agustin, Sembrano, Tagumbao, Dicolor, Don Basilio, Buenlag, and Apsayan

Day 2 (Tuesday):
Poblacion, San Antonio, Matayumcab, Cardona, Villa Paz, Pinasling, Danzo, Ayson, Malayep, and Amacalan

Through these field inspections and community visits, we aim to ensure efficient operations and continuously improve the quality and reliability of our water services.
