To Our Valued Customers:

Please be informed that due to low voltage supply from our electric provider, our pumping operations have been affected.

This may cause temporary water discoloration, low water pressure, or no water supply in some areas.

Normal water service will resume once stable power supply is restored.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

PUBLIC ADVISORY (UPDATE)

We would like to inform our valued customers that the Sulipa Pumping Station has resumed normal operations. Water supply in affected areas such as Sulipa, New Salem, and San Agustin is now stable.

However, the San Antonio Pumping Station remains non-operational as we are still waiting for feedback from TARELCO I regarding the restoration of power supply to address our concern. Affected areas remain San Antonio, Matayuncab, and Cardona.

Our Technical Team continues to coordinate closely with TARELCO I and monitor the situation to restore full operations as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

Meanwhile, the Sulipa Pump Station has been operating through a generator since Sunday due to the ongoing power outage. Unfortunately, the genset is now under maintenance because of a technical issue.
