Returns: we have no issues with accepting returns however we also reserve the right to reject refund reuqests based on item condition. If the item returned is in its original condition and packaging we will refund or swap without any hassle. Please remember - these items will be sold to others so should be in acceptable condition. If the items however were open, have broken seal, have been used or the packaging was damaged we might not accept these items back. Its our legal right to refuse refunds for items that do not qualify for the above mentioned criteria.
