📢 NETWORK UPDATE
After continuous monitoring and investigation, we have finally identified the cause of the random server restarts affecting parts of our network.
The issue was traced to the UPS system we were previously using. To permanently resolve the problem, we have now replaced the setup with an EcoFlow power backup system.
✅ Since the replacement, our systems have been operating normally and more stable.
We were patiently monitoring the situation so we could accurately identify the root cause and apply the proper long-term solution.
At Pumalink, we continue to improve both our network and power infrastructure to provide a more stable and reliable connection for our subscribers.

✅ NETWORK UPDATE – MAJOR REPAIR COMPLETED

After a long day of work, we are happy to report that our technical team has successfully completed the repairs on all major fiber lines connecting Jamboree to Tibanban.

We have also completed the necessary repairs to the Magdug connection, and all affected areas should now be operating normally.

We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. The repair took longer than expected due to the complexity of the issue, but our team worked diligently to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated employees who worked tirelessly to resolve the problem and restore connectivity to our subscribers.

📢 MAJOR NETWORK MAINTENANCE ANNOUNCEMENT

Tomorrow, our technical team will conduct an important repair after identifying another issue on the fiber line connecting the Tibanban line to Jamboree.

🕖 Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, subscribers in Tibanban, Sigaboy, Tamban, and Montserrat will be switched to our backup connection while the repair is being carried out.

🛠️ The repair is expected to take place between 8:00 AM and 12:00 NN.

⚠️ During this maintenance, subscribers in Luzon, Magdug, and Wasay may experience a temporary internet interruption ranging from a few minutes up to one hour while we work on the main fiber line.

This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the stability and reliability of our network.

Our team will work as quickly as possible to complete the repair and restore all services.

We have detected a possible high-loss issue on the main fiber line serving the Magdug area.

To permanently resolve this issue, our technical team has scheduled a replacement of the existing fiber connection.
