‘Blogger’ Cancels after Rider Arrives with Order, Says They’ll Just Eat Pancit Canton

Chacha Special Binalot Sa Dahon, a restaurant in San Pedro, Laguna, got an order worth Php1,011 from a customer using the name Reynan Gañete. He wanted the food delivered from 7PM to 8PM. Before 7PM, the restaurant already had the food ready.

The rider was already on the way to the house, just in time for the 7PM delivery but the customer canceled the order at the last minute. The restaurant explained that the order can’t be canceled anymore because they prepared the food just for this customer and the rider was already on the way.

The customer claimed that they changed their minds about ordering the food and would just have pancit canton for dinner instead. Despite the rider already being at the customer’s house (or possibly a fake delivery address), he did not come out.

Instead, the customer told the restaurant to just let the rider/staff eat the food because he is not paying for it.
