Aesthetics matter. Yes, totally agree!

But…

Don’t forget what your service really is about.

If you’re a restaurant, have good food. Make it great, even.

If you’re a hotel, have clean and comfortable rooms.

If you’re a resort, have amenities that showcase your environment.

Aesthetics can’t be your only identity.
