Auction Rules,
TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. REGISTRATION- Bidders must register before placing their bids. All five (5) registration requirements should be submitted to finalize their registration.
2. AUCTION FEE- All bid purchases are subject to 10% auction fee. This standard charge shall be added to the total bid purchase amount.
3. INVOICING- Invoices are sent to bidders detailing all bid items per one auction day. The invoice has detailed information on accepted modes of payment and the repercussion in case of non-payment.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY- Treasure Hunt Auction House does not allow cancellation of bid items. Once the item/s has/have been awarded to the bidder, the bidder honors his/her obligation to fulfill payment of the said item/s.
5. SHIPPING- We assist in arranging for shipping, delivery or pick-up. However, the bidder has to shoulder the full rate of delivery and shipping.
6. TERMS OF GUARANTEE- Each lot or item will be sold on AS IS, WHERE IS basis with all defects and faults. No warranties or guarantees of any kind will be given by the auctioneer including any warranty of fitness, merchantability or suitability. Bidders should, whenever possible, carefully inspect each lot to determine condition and contents. All weights, counts and measurements are approximate.
7. NO POOLING OR BID RIGGING- Treasure Hunt Auction House reserves the right to ban any bidder/s involved in bid pooling or rigging.
8. BANNING OF BIDDER/S- Treasure Hunt Auction House enforces a strict rule on banning bidders who have failed to honor their commitment to pay bid items in full within 5 days upon bid purchase. Such bidder may be banned from joining the auction for 30 days or until the management decides when the bidder can be allowed to join the auction again. In such cases, the management may require the banned bidder to submit a cash bond of Php20,000 to Php50,000 before he/she can bid for any item. Any bid amount exceeding the limit will automatically be cancelled.
Treasure Hunt Auction House also reserves the right to ban any participant in its online auction, whether registered or not, for being rude, inappropriate, and offensive, either to any THAH employees or to other participants in online auction.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. By registering or by placing his/her bid, the bidder indicates that he/she has a full understanding of the terms and conditions and accepts these terms along with the agreement to be so bound. Terms may not be amended in any way except by a signed, written agreement between Auctioneer and Bidder
