Magandang Araw Kabarangay!

Napansin po namin na may ilan po sa ating mga kabarangay ang nalilito sa mga bill na kanilang binayaran at hindi pa nabayaran.

Narito po ang ilang mga paalala upang magkaroon ng kalinawan ang inyong mga kalituhan.

Ang "Date of Payment" ay iba sa "Billing Month"

- Ang ➀ DATE OF PAYMENT ay ang eksaktong araw kung kailan natapos ang transaksyon at opisyal na nailipat ang pera o nabayaran ang inyong bill.

- Ang ➁ BILLING MONTH ay ang sakop na 30 hanggang 31 araw kung kailan itinatala ng Quezelco-1 ang iyong mga nagastos, nagamit na serbisyo, o mga bayarin. Sa katapusan ng bawat billing month, gumagawa sila ng billing statement o SOA (Statement of Account) para ipakita ang kabuuang dapat mong bayaran.

Ang pagreading ng kuryente sa Brgy. Camohaguin ay mula ika-6 hanggang ika-8 ng July 2026.

Nagbayad ka ng inyong bill ng July 15, 2026.

Ano ang bill na iyong binayaran?

Ang pagbabayad mo ng July 15, 2026 ay HINDI nangangahulugan na binayaran mo ang Billing Month ng July 2026.

Ang ibig sabihin nito ay binayaran o naproseso mo ang bayad noong July 15, 2026 para sa Billing Month na June 2026 na makikita mo sa iyong SOA.

Bakit hindi July 2026 na Billing Month ang iyong binayaran?

Dahil ang nakasasakop ng iyong ➂ Billing Period ay mula 08 ng June 2026 hanggang 07 July 2026 (Makikita ito sa inyong SOA sa ilalim ng ➂ "Period Covered". Kung anong Buwan ang natapos (June 2026) ay ito ang Billing Month. At dahil nasa kalagitnaan ka ng buwan nagbayad (July 15, 2026) hindi ito maaring maging billing month dahil hindi pa natatapos ang buwan ng July 2026.

Upang hindi malito o maguluhan, ugaliing basahin at i-check ang inyong mga resibo o SOA (Statements of Account) galing sa Quezelco-1 at mga Acknowledgement Receipts na aming ini-issue.
