Ilang branch ng Jollibee sa Pinas naglagay na ng gadget machine where you can order, nagbawas narin sila ng employees, owners starting to replace their employees with machines, kung saan there are no complains, no salary increase, no demands, no day offs, no personal issues.

In 2-3 years time mawawala ang 60% ng employment due to Artificial Intelligence and Technology. Now, here's the thing. Where do you position yourselves 2 to 3 years from now? Employment world is slowly killing your hope to become financially free. There's nothing wrong with employment, but if today you are preparing yourself to become an employee, then better start a new source of income.

There's no short-cut in becoming rich :)
(How to AVOID SCAM)

Often people are victimized by SCAM because they are dazzled by Get-Rich-Quick Schemes. You will say: ′′ You will just release 500 pesos, you won't do anything else in just 2 weeks, your money or more will be double!" Friends, let's accept the fact that there isn't a quick to be rich, be careful Let's go, don't be dazzled by these modus.

So, how can we avoid these...

Using ′′ The Rule of 72 ′′ invented by our Grandfather Albert Einstein, if you researched him on Google, it is said that the 72 divided by the interest rate of an Investment Vehicle, the answer is the number of year (s ) when your money will be doubled.

Example:

You saw an investment that gives 4 % per year.

(72 ÷ 4 = 18)
It means every 18 years you have double money, let's say you are 29 years old now you invest 100,000. After 18 years, you are 47 years old and you have 200,000 Another 18 years, you are 65 years old and you have 400,000 already.

But because you always read my post, you know that there is higher than 4 % investment like UITF, Stock Market and Mutual Funds which is around 12 % and above, the question is when will your money be doubled ??

Back to basic:

(72 ÷ 12 = 6)

So if you're age 29 now and you invest 100,000 after 6 years of age you'll have 200,000

At the age 41 = 400,000
At the age 47 = 800,000
At the age 53 = 1,600,000
At the age 59 = 3,200,000
At the age 65 = 6,400,000

So, if someone offers you an investment that you have double money in just few months, think about it.

AGAIN, there is no shortcut for getting rich!

Maawa tayo sa mga anak natin, magkakaroon din sila ng sariling buhay at pamilya na itataguyod pagdating ng panahon.Huwag natin hayaan na dumating ang time na mamimili sila kung sino ang uunahing ipagamot, ang anak nila o ikaw. Wag sana tayo maging pasanin sa kanila.
