We could be one of the most brilliant, qualified individuals that our clients ever encountered, but if they can’t rely on us to report on the progress of a project, answer emails in a timely manner, or do the task accordingly, it will hurt the business in the long run.

Yes, there is a secret. Here it is: START.

Sometimes the task is so overwhelming, and the worst course of action we usually take is spending too much time overthinking about the task that it may seem so enormous to us.

And so, we avoid doing the task.
