iDEYA We collaborate to inspire innovation and creativity through open mindedness and service to others.

We are the first technology business incubator in Mindanao funded by DOST-PCIEERD that aims to create a progressive entrepreneurial ecosystem through various community building activities and technology-based business support services to enable budding entrepreneurs in the region to fulfill their startup dreams. Our objective is to provide a nurturing environment for technology-based and social en

terprises in the early stages of their development. Specifically, it aims to develop entrepreneurial culture and related skills and provide a dynamic and collaborative environment. We provide office space , market runway, trainings and mentorship, linkages to investors, access to funding and prototyping and laboratory facilitation. Our goal is to inform the community about different startup opportunities; involve everyone towards the success of the center through collaboration, partnerships and joint efforts; and invite the community to work on their ideas and bring it to reality.

Held last May 19, 2026 at the iDEYA Office, ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ 2 ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐…๐š๐› ๐ญ๐จ ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ 2026 focused on idea validation, collaboration, and mentorship as participants took a step closer toward refining their proposed solutions and innovations. As part of the activity, the participating teams were tasked to validate their ideas by engaging with people and gathering feedback from potential users and stakeholders. Through these conversations, the participants were able to gain valuable insights, test the relevance of their concepts, and better understand the needs of their target market.

In the afternoon, the participants joined a mentoring session conducted through a World Cafรฉ setup, where they received guidance, recommendations, and practical insights from invited mentors to further strengthen and improve their ideas. Day 1 of the ๐…๐š๐› ๐ญ๐จ ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ 2026 officially commenced yesterday through the launching of the program, an initiative by the DTI Lanao del Norte, in collaboration with its Shared Service Facility (SSF) beneficiaries, iDEYA: Center of Innovation and Technopreneurship and The MSU - IIT FAB LAB Mindanao. The launching activity was held at the PRISM Conference Room, bringing together partners, mentors, and participants in support of innovation, product development, and market-driven enterprise development.

The program continued at the iDEYA Office with the Design Thinking sessions, where participating teams engaged in collaborative ideation, problem-solving, and innovation-focused activities as part of the project implementation.
