Last July 28, 2026, PMAP Iloilo Chapter held a coordination meeting with the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch VI to deepen collaboration on initiatives that promote sound labor‑management relations.

The discussion provided a valuable venue for exchanging insights on programs that foster cooperation, workplace harmony, and sustained industrial peace in Western Visayas.

We look forward to continued partnership in advancing responsible and progressive HR practice.

Making a difference, one act of kindness at a time. 💛💙💚

Our hearts are full as PMAP Iloilo successfully concluded its CSR initiative at Ungka II Elementary School last June 15, 2026. Through our hygiene kit distribution, medical mission, and Brigada Eskwela efforts, we were able to share not just essential supplies and services, but also hope, compassion, and the spirit of community.

This meaningful initiative would not have been possible without the generosity of our members, volunteers, sponsors, and partners - Sagility, Marriott, and Ellite. Thank you for helping us create a positive impact in the lives of our learners, teachers, and their families.

Together, we continue to prove that when people come together with purpose, we build stronger communities and brighter futures.

Preparation is underway for the 2nd leg of our CSR activity — the upcoming Hygiene Kit Distribution at Ungka II Elementary School!

This initiative is made possible through the partnership of PMAP CSR Committee, Sagility Philippines, and Ellite Digital Printing Services.

📌 DOLE Holiday Pay Guide for Eid’l Adha (Regular Holiday)

In accordance with the DOLE Labor Advisory:

✔️ If you do NOT work:
Employees shall receive 100% of their daily wage
(Basic Wage × 100%)

✔️ If you work during the first 8 hours:
Employees shall receive 200% of their daily wage
(Basic Wage × 200%)

✔️ If the holiday falls on your rest day and you work:
Employees shall receive an additional 30% on top of the 200% holiday pay
(Basic Wage × 200% × 130%)

✔️ If you work overtime on a rest day holiday:
Employees shall receive an additional overtime premium based on the hourly rate
(Hourly Rate × 200% × 130% × 130%)
