MT Solutions Incorporated, a premier multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a results-driven Accounting Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive support to our Certified Public Accountants in bookkeeping, tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and audit procedures.
• Assist in the design and ex*****on of tailored accounting solutions that address unique client requirements.
• Facilitate business registration and regulatory compliance for clients.
• Oversee billing and collection processes, ensuring efficiency for both the firm and our clients.
• Manage and optimize accounting records using QuickBooks.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Billing, Collections, and Accounting teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial services preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in accounting software, MS Office Suite, QuickBooks, and BIR applications.
• Superior analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet stringent deadlines.
• Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and meticulous attention to detail.
