Today I'll be sharing with you my MOST USED TOOLS of being a Virtual Assistant. All of these tools are very HELPFUL in my career. In short, these tools are a necessity and a life-saver!

1. Canva (everybody’s favorite!)- makes it easier to create graphics and the best part is you don’t have to be a graphics designer
2. Zoom- great for calls and meetings with your clients. You don’t have to share your phone number.

3. Google Drive- When I discovered GoogleDrive, I just fell in love. GoogleDrive makes it easier for you to create documents, collaborate, and easily share.

4. Trello- a productivity and organization tool. You can use Trello to put all your to-dos in one place. You can access it from both your laptop and phone. It has a free plan.

5. Typeform- makes easier for you to create online forms. You can create a questionnaire for onboarding clients and feedback forms.

6. Hootsuite- if you're a Social Media Manager, this tool is for you. It schedules and organizes your posts in advance. It also has a free plan.
