We are writing to express our sincerest apologies for the recent Facebook scam incident that affected some of our customers. We understand that you may have received fraudulent messages or posts from fake pages impersonating our company, and for that, we are truly sorry.
Please be assured that we take the security and trust of our customers very seriously. We are deeply disturbed by this incident and are taking immediate action to prevent such occurrences in the future.
We want to assure you that we are working closely with Facebook to identify and take down these fake pages. We are also implementing additional security measures to protect our official social media channels.

- Verify the authenticity of our pages by checking the official URL and looking for the verified checkmark.
- Be cautious of messages or posts asking for personal or financial information.
